QA covers all branches of maritime affairs, including the management of disputes related to the maritime sector in Panama, and possesses a broad knowledge of regulations and procedures of the maritime courts in Panama.

Through Quijano Trust Corporation, which was granted its fiduciary license through Resolution FID Nº 002-2006 of 9 March 2006 by the Superintendence of Banks of Panama, QA provides custody and escrow, capital management, and investment advisory services. Working closely with clients, QA creates the asset protection and estate management structures best suited to facilitate tax efficiency and meet their individual requirements.

VISS manages requests from individuals or companies requiring assistance regarding immigration laws on employment and relocation of executives and retired foreigners in several jurisdictions. Advisory is also offered to multinational companies interested in establishing operations in Panama. Likewise, clients are assisted in processing residence permits, tourist and investment visas, and naturalization certificates.
